ONE Cedar Valley is not just an organization. We are home to some of the most dedicated people focused on disrupting and dismantling the barriers that prevent people from securing meaningful employment in the Cedar Valley. We understand that removing systemic inequities requires a multifaceted approach. That is why ONE Cedar Valley is partnering with Cedar Valley employers and HR experts to explore best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse Cedar Valley workforce. We are also building bridges with community-based organizations and service providers that interact with so many of our Cedar Valley residents seeking employment. Our non-profit is a gateway between employers and the community in the Cedar Valley region.

The Employee Pilot Program consists of a network of outsourced solutions for organizations seeking to make an impact in their diversity, equity, inclusion
Community Collaboration
Through an integrated service delivery strategy, we serve as a hub to connect individuals to income and work support, financial education and asset building resources, educational and workforce training. Partnering with local employers and business supports to leverage and expand resources, and tear down barriers that have led to generational poverty in our community.
The Hub
The Partnership: Working with Hawkeye Community College, ONE Cedar Valley is developing a digital tool that helps community-based organizations connect onto one platform. While a client is being served by its home organization, that home organization can connect with others on the platform to identify resources and solutions outside of its wheelhouse to address additional barriers.
Road Home
Road Home provides comprehensive resources to justice- impacted neighbors for a successful reentry, to decrease cycles of poverty and reduce recidivism.
SHIPHT
SHIPHT Youth Opportunity Accelerator aims to increase access to Career and Technical Education (CTE), entrepreneurship, and high-demand careers for underserved youth to engage a diverse workforce and activate a new generation of diverse leaders in STEM, business, technology, and more.

The Development Center host expungement clinics, training and skills enrichment, and learning opportunities to increase career readiness.
